Watch the source and extract translatable strings as they change.

### Syntax

```
$ vela i18n watch
```

The same as [`extract`](/docs/i18n/extract), kept running. Useful alongside [`vela dev`](/docs/dev) while writing copy, so the catalogs never fall behind.
