# Orders

Remove Stripe Checkout orders, added by [`vela enable orders`](/docs/enable/orders).

### Syntax

```
$ vela disable orders
```

### Options

- `-y, --yes` - Skip the confirmation prompt

### What it removes

The order collections, and every record in them, lines first:

```
order_lines
orders
```

The Checkout Session webhook handlers come out of `dispatch.ts`, the `/orders` pages and the Orders menu item go, and `/checkout/success` goes back to Stripe's summary, as [`vela enable ecommerce`](/docs/enable/ecommerce) wrote it.

### What it leaves

- Payments and the cart stay enabled — run [`vela disable ecommerce`](/docs/disable/ecommerce) to remove the cart
- Every Checkout Session in your Stripe dashboard — nothing is deleted at Stripe
